Dr. Petti is a Diagnostic Radiologist Specializing in Women’s Imaging in NJ

Bergen Imaging Center’s Medical Director, Christopher L. Petti, MD, is fellowship trained and board certified by the American Board of Radiology. He received his medical degree from the NYU School of Medicine and completed a residency at SUNY Health Science Center. He joined our Women’s Imaging Center in 2000 as our Medical Director and has over 20 years of experience.

Dr. Petti is a diagnostic radiologist, and specializes in breast imaging, ultrasound and women’s imaging.

He was recently rated among the area’s top radiologists by a blue-ribbon panel of his peers, receiving the prestigious Super Doctors designation. He has been included annually in Bergen’s Top Doctors – published in (201) Health – since 2015. He has been named a NJ Top Doc, a division of USA Top Docs, every year since 2017.

Dr. Petti is a member of the American College of Radiology (ACR), Society of Breast Imaging (SBI), Radiologic Society of North America (RSNA) and Medical Society of NJ (MSNJ).

He is known not only for his exceptional diagnostic abilities, but for his dedication to our facility and the staff here. Our services include digital mammography; 3D mammography with GE Healthcares SenoClaire 3D Tomosynthesis system; body composition and bone density scans with Prodigy*, GE Healthcares bone densitometry and DXA body composition analysis technology; breast ultrasound; breast biopsy; saline infused sonography (SIS), and general ultrasound.
